Please set up a feature that will allow an automatic follow up text to be sent the day after inspection. I would like to have it customizable so I can request a google review.

Schedule assist is a good tool but it needs more customization options to it in order for it to be effective. Currently there are some key features missing that are preventing my company from using it. For example, the text message reminders need to be customizable. My office works on time frame so i do not want to have bad communications sent to a contact that I will be there at XX time. I would like the message to say the start of the time frame is 9am but please note that this is a two hour time frame.... My office has received numerous call about this to the point that we cannot even use the feature because it causes too much miscommunication. In addition, we would also like a follow up text message to be able to be sent the next day with a link to our google page and be able to have them leave a review about our service. This will help us with our private clients to have more review and drive more business.
