Hi, it would be helpful if scheduleassist also contained a chat bot along with the text pay feature. Ty.

HI Michael! Are you asking to have the chat option available to your contact (i.e. home owner) when they receive a text? If you could explain what you mean by the "text pay feature" that might also help guide me. Currently Chat Assistance is available to you in the TOTAL Desktop, which is visible even when you're on the ScheduleAssist tab. See the attached screenshot. Let me know if this helps, or describe a little more about the problem you're experiencing.
