It can be a struggle occasionally to have a section of the basement Unfinished if its located in the middle of a finished basement. This typically would happen if the unfinished area does not touch any exterior walls. The program may have been updated by now but I am not sure.

It would be nice if there was a way to sketch the finished portion of the basement and have the finished square footage automatically transfer into the finished square footage section of each form and calculate the percentage automatically
