My suggestion request has multiple parts:
First, add a search feature to Titan Drive in the appraisal desktop view. Opening a browser and downloading a report adds several steps that could be streamlined if available in the desktop app.
Second, make Titan Drive cloud storage more like Dropbox. Currently, I save all my reports to Dropbox because Titan Drive Online adds too many steps for my office staff. We pretty much use Titan Drive because it's there, and it is a secondary backup system. Another possible scenario would be to make it easy for Total on my PC to link to Dropbox without having to create and link the folders on all PCs connected to my account. I have 3 other people working for me, and two of them are remote in other states. Currently, we have to sync to Dropbox or sign into titan online find the file and download it. It would be much simpler if the integration with the cloud was smarter but also seamless like onedrive or dropbox.

Thank you for your post. As for your first request, does this usually involve files that are older than 30 days? Currently the Appraisal desktop in TOTAL will give you access to files on Titan without having to visit the website.
As for the second, if your normal workflow doesn't normally involve downloading files older then 30 days I would advise having a team meeting with one our product coaches.
Currently our system is designed around a simple log in. Anyone with a valid login for your company should have all of the access that they need.
