Make Subfolders to Titan Drive. In addition, make permissions granular - so an office could share one Titan Drive (with seat licenses) but access to reports is limited to particular appraisers (except for office staff and/or admins). A setup for trainee/supervisor file sharing (without the trainee having access to 10 years of reports) would be good as well.
