Titan Reports & Titan Drive

Be able to pull invoice out of any file within the titan drive (especially by any appraiser sharing the same titan drive/cloud) to place in desktop in a folder to quickly upload to quickbooks. As of right now, I am having to open file and save the whole report on my desktop from Titan. I need the invoice on appraisal reports assigned to other appraiser she completes in order to add to quickbooks for billing and payment information. Be nice to save only the invoice out of a file into another folder without having to open file or save the whole file into folder. Also be nice to take invoice out of my own appraisal reports within my desktop & place them individually into another "invoice 2024 file". This way keeps all invoices together for year & I can delete as they are paid as another verification/reminder.
