I think that it would be really nice seeing all of the properties on the map that you have scheduled for a specific day and also the time it takes to get from one appointment to the next based on google maps estimates.
Could it be possible to add the start time of the appointment in the circle? This way you can easily see what times the appointments start that day without having to hover over each circle on the map. For example, a 9 for a 9-11 appointment.
Finally, most days in the office, we have multiple appointments to schedule all at the same time for multiple appraisers, could it be possible to select all the orders in Titan, have them appear on a map and then click through the dates to see where the appointments would fit best. For example, the properties needed to be scheduled could have a little house icon like the one shown. I can see that this property is located on the way between a few of the appraiser’s appointments today. Or I see that the appraisers next available day is next week for appointments, I would like to go to that day, see the appointments that have already been scheduled and then place the new orders on the map as tentative appointments to see how the inspections would line up as well as the time it would take to get from point a to b and b to c, etc. For example, I have an appointment in Bensalem from 9-11, one of the new orders is in Levittown, I can select the new order and select a tentative time for it. Once the time is selected, the time it takes to get from Bensalem to Levittown will appear and show me how long it will take to get from point a to point b and I can easily see all in one platform if I can make it to that appointment in the time allotted. In addition, I could select tentative times for any other appointments I am looking to schedule and figure out how the day would fit together.
