Adding a regression tool to the alamode package would be absolutely amazing - you guys have the best software package in the industry, and through products like QuickSource and the comps database we have the ability to curate data and "clean" what comes from our MLS. If that ability to curate data were expanded and combined with built-in user-friendly regression tools, the product would be unstoppable.

Ryan, we've had Titan Analytics for several years that uses MLS data to create single-line regression charts that can be inserted into your reports. The built-in ones essentially match what you get with other similar tools, and there's even a way to build custom charts and graphs to your liking.
In the future, we may build out more regression functionality geared toward adjustment support for specific items.
