Titan Analytics rounding in One-Unit Housing Trends triggers E&O warning in TOTAL

I use the Titan Analytics for my 1004MC and it also fills the One Unit house Trends. I will sometimes get a Yellow flag when it rounded up. For example:
$288,750 and rounds up to $289. This is were the error is. See attached. I suggestion is to Round Down in this area. Hope this makes sense.
