I saw a notice that a Market Condition Adjustment Illustration will be required in appraisal reports by Fannie and Freddie effective 02/04/2025. Can Titan Analytics calculate this and create a graph? If not, is it possible to make it happen?

The predominate age and price are not calculating correctly however, I am getting the range correctly. I am getting just one number in the predominate section. Also, we are in need of a market condition adjustment graph (Fannie Mae has an illustration). This is imperative that Titan provides this as this is being expected starting this year.
