In Titan Analytics, it is helpful to check the comps you are using in order to show where comp data is on some of the graphs (sales price trends, for example). However, if I already have my comps in the report (ie, I don't pull my comps from Titan Analytics, I do it manually BEFORE I use analytics), it will automatically import the sales in the report and DUPLICATE what I already have in the report. Sometimes it appears that it will recognize that I have them in the report and it wont duplicate, and other times it doesnt. It's very annoying having to delete all this data out of the report once I complete the analytics. PLEASE give users the option to NOT IMPORT comps in the report once you close out of analytics.
