I work in a semi rural area and I find more and more that my comp pics are being used by others. I sometimes spend entire days driving hundreds of miles taking pics only to have them used by other appraisers that can undercut my fees because they just use my pics as originals. The pics uploaded should be automatically watermarked by alamode as "copy" or "copywrite" or something so that they can be seen by others but not used. There is a benefit to seeing an "old" pic of a property from a prior sale that may not have been in the MLS, so you can see what changes may have been made, So having the pic is important, but the pirating has to stop.
