You sell our data to any appraiser willing to pay for it, but we get no payment or even alamode credit for it.
How about spreading the love? If I got $1 credit (or even 50 cents) towards my alamode account for each time my comp photo/info was used I'd be more willing to share.

We have this subject covered in a question that reads:
"Why are you charging for data that isn't yours?"
The answer is:
"We're not charging for the data. We're charging for the service that makes it available to you instantly, right inside the Side‑by‑Side PowerView.
It's like cell phone service. When you talk to your spouse on the phone, your service provider isn't charging you for the voice coming out of the phone.
