It would be great if our peers adjustments for FSF, Baths, garage and etc. could be shared . I'd be certainly willing to share my information. I've done surveys in the past with area appraisers but all the info needed for that is with a la mode on a far greater scale of appraisers. Call me if you'd like to discuss as I would bet many appraisers would pay for this info if made available.

To help appraisers remain in compliance with the USPAP Confidentiality Rule, we've chosen not to collect or distribute assignment results from appraiser's reports., whether individually or in the aggregate.
We may offer other tools to help appraisers determine market-based adjustment support in the future, but I personally don't think prior report data would be the way to go.
