It would be nice to see the status of SA directly on the Total desktop, somewhere along the report line, similar to the Cloud Icon.

So glad you asked David!! Currently you can see the status of the appointment (Scheduled or not) in the File Manager view of your Appraisal Desktop. Unfortunately it's hidden until you expose the new columns we just created.
1. From the File Manager, right-click on a column header and choose "edit column layout"
2. Select "status ScheduleAssist" and "Appt Date ScheduleAssist" and click the right arrow to move them to your displayed fields.
3. Click the up arrow to move those columns up in the display order.
Text Message History is a little too much info to present in this view, but you can easily see that from selecting the appointment in your ScheduleAssist powerview and click the "messages" tab
