Many of the Lenders require a pre inspection interview be done prior to making an appraisal appointment & especially if it's an FHA/USDA product. It appears that's not really possible with how your system is presently set up. Thank You

Thanks for the comment! You are correct, ScheduleAssist is primarily built to handle the appointment-setting part of the process. But if you have an appraisal that needs some additional interaction first, that will need to be done how you normally do that (on the phone? via email?). We always recommend that you input an appointment in ScheduleAssist even if you end up making the appointment on the phone, that way you can track it in the Appraisal Desktop... you'll get automatic reminders sent to the contact... you'll get the appt on your calendar... and you'll get the appt info transferred to the report.
