To optimize the software it would be a great feature to allow quick access to the information collected during the inspection scheduling, like being able to see the time and date of the inspection or any and all changes to the inspection time and all homeowner comments about the property including quality, condition, dates of improvements for kitchen and bathroom remodels or other updates. This information is very helpful when appraisers are pulling comparables and typing reports and I would like to propose a pop-up feature, similar to the UAD Guidance windows, that displays this information anywhere within the software. This will improve the appraiser's workflow by eliminating the need to navigate away from their current task to locate this information, helping to increasing efficiency and accuracy, minimizing errors, and enhancing the overall functionality of the software

Thanks for the idea, Taylor! Are you asking for a way/method to collect this information (updates and remodels, etc.) during the scheduling process? And regarding the pop-up, do you mean you'd like the pop-up information to be available anywhere you are within TOTAL?

Hi Kristi, I know the scheduling software is meant for scheduling the inspection times in a more efficient way but at some point I try to have a conversation with the homeowner about the updating they have done and ask about time frames for major updates including bathroom and kitchens and also about the quality of the house before going to the inspection. The information helps to select comparables I will use in the report and I often take those to the inspection so I am proposing a method to collect information about property updates, remodels, and other relevant details during the scheduling process which could be done by adding a few additional input fields or by including a questionnaire that homeowners can fill out and send back. This would help to get the right information from the start of the appraisal process. I was thinking the pop-up feature would give quick access to the data from anywhere within TOTAL/addenda.
