Is it possible to use an email address rather than the text number?
1. If not currently, are you working to include email addresses soon?
2. If so, could we have both text and email options together?

Thanks David. You'll be happy to know this is a common request we've heard over the course of developing this product. At this time, we are not considering email as an option. There are technical hurdles I won't bore you with, but additionally email is not the most expedient method of communication and emails are often caught up in spam filters and never reach the recipient. It's definitely a popular request, and I've put it in our backlog to reconsider at a future time. But yes, if we were ever to implement email, we would not take away the texting feature.
