We should be able to upload the subject MLS.csv to QuickSource and have it populate the Subject section of Page 1 of the 1004 form with the correct data. owner, legal description, APN, tax date... even the offered for sale and data source questions. Spark and DM do this ... why not Total?

A similar but slightly different suggestion that I can add to this would be: have QuickSource show the same fields/information that Subject Public Records has, when the Subject tab is selected in QuickSource. Instead of having to launch one and then the other, it would all be in the QuickSource window.

Agreed the users should be able to format the incoming information and manipulate it just like quicksource for comps
