There are some instances on a regular basis where I may want to see two sales of the same address. If both sales are in the same export, quicksource will only show the most current sale. Can we change quicksource and have it check to see if the mls numbers are same before assuming they are the same sale?

I came across this issue yesterday, a sale occurred in the prior 12 months and the same address is an active sale now. The work around that support came up with was to upload the comp into a test report, save it to the data base and then upload it into my current report. It would be much better to be able to use one quicksource import for this scenario.

as a follow up. Once you have the same address as two difference comps, you can not open quick source again until you correct the duplication. Frustrating.

This would be helpful in the case of condos that have the same street address but different unit numbers.

And allow for the same address to be used for 2 different comps, say Comp 1 and 4 in the case of a resale.
