Why not reprint the GPRTD3 form and just make it a non-restricted appraisal form for non-lender work. I do divorces, estates, bankruptcies, condemnation, urban renewal, etc., that don't need to be restricted or can't because of the court or mediation, etc.
All you would have to do is change the "Under USPAP standards rule 2(b) sentence to read 2(a) and remove the restricted wording.
