I have just been informed by FNMA via notice. The use of the word "Retiree" even when describing the N/hood of the villages Ocala FL, or FL it's self.
Please add this to your bias word search to help us remove it from reports. Thanks

Did you know you can add new words to the E&O bias words filter by going to Tools>Configure Settings>Forms and then scrolling down the the Errors and Omissions section? Instead of waiting on an update you can add anything you like.
