As an Appraisal Institute member, including various related committees, I understand the bias issue and realted subjective terms well . That said, the a la mode bias word list is Not accurate. My appraisal work is based on the legally defined Fair Market Value (FMV) with descriptive related appraisal terms based on published dictionary definitions. Including non-bias words in the E&O platform is at best, non-productive nor helpful and at worst, misleading and subject to legal conflict. Please reconsider the legally subjective a la mode bias word list. Thanks much,

Thank you for posting. We do understand that the list we started with does not fit ever scenario. We did add an option to add or remove words from the list by going to tools>configure settings>forms and then scrolling down. I am going to submit a support ticket and have a technician reach out to make sure you find it.
